Refund policy

Thank you so much for adopting Galarples! We hope you absolutely love your handmade toys and whimsical art, but for some reason if you need to return or exchange your item, please read below to find out your options. As always, please reach out with any questions or concerns. We value you above all else, and want to make sure you are happy with your items!

We have a 30-day return policy on select items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unopened, sealed in the original packaging. Please also provide order number or proof of purchase. 

Plush Toys and custom orders are not eligable for returns as they cannot be resold once received. Please see below in "Exceptions/ non-returnable items"

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like handmade plush toys. Please understand, that these toys are made in a controlled environment to decrease the exposure to allergens. Once a handmade toy has left the workshop we cannot accept it as a return, as it cannot be resold. If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged in anyway, please reach out, and we can find a great solution to solve your problem!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

Exchanges follow the same policy as returns, Unused/unoped artwork, stationary and other paper goods are allowed. Please reach out within 30 days for exchanges. There are no returns/refunds or exchanges on plush toys. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
