Shipping policy

At Galarples we want you to adopt new friends and art without spending an arm and a leg to have your new treasures shipped to you. We keep our shipping as low as possible with a $5.00 flat rate shipping to all US states, and a $20 flat rate to all overseas countries. 

Once you place an order, we will scurry around and package it up in 1-3 business days. Then it will be lovingly dropped off at the local USPS store where it will begin its journey to you via Ground Advantage (Formally called First Class Mail) 

If you purchase a custom or made to order item, shipping times can vary depending on the order. These times will be discussed when we set up your order and you will have a date that the item(s) will ship by.

USPS generally delivers Ground Advantage mail in 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number for all purchases. We know that sometimes the mail is slightly unreliable and will do everything we can to make sure your items arrive safe and sound in your loving hands.

For Local Pick up, you must pick up your order at one of our local markets, or if agreed to before hand we can find a fun place to meet. We do not deliver. If you choose local pick up and change your mind and need your items shipped, let us know- and we can set that up for you!
